All digital courses, group coaching programmes, recorded content, and educational materials are non-refundable once payment has been processed and access has been granted.
This policy exists because digital educational content is delivered and made accessible immediately or within 24 hours of purchase. Once access is granted, the educational value has been delivered regardless of whether the content has been viewed or completed.
The Connect Call (₹499 / USD $9.99) is a paid 45-minute session with Tejal Desae. This call is non-refundable once booked.
Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled call time. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a no-show and the call will be forfeited without refund or credit.
No-shows without prior notice forfeit the call and the payment in full.
The Wealth Expansion Code, Identity Expansion Code, and Business Expansion Code are commitment-based programmes. Once enrolled, programme fees are non-refundable. Instead of refunds, you receive our continued commitment: if you show up and do the work, we keep working with you until you make the ask you've been avoiding.
