A Letter from
Tejal
I spent 25 years inside some of the world's most demanding global organisations. Consulting. Senior leadership. The rooms where decisions with nine zeros attached were made.
I was called when everything needed holding together. Reliable. Capable. The woman who delivered.
And in the silence between boardroom decisions and 4am sadhana — I was also a Das Mahavidya initiate. A Shiv sadhak. A woman who had sat with the darkest goddesses in the Hindu pantheon and come back changed.
Two marriages. Carrying cycles of someone else's debt. A son I raised entirely alone through five years of fever and fear. A spiritual practice that held me when nothing else could.
I did not come to this work theoretically.
I came to it through everything.
The boardroom and the sacred fire. The corporate P&L and the past life regression. The global leadership frameworks and the family constellations. The woman who could run a global change and learning roll-outs and the woman who sits in ceremony at 4 am and touches something vast.
Both of her are real. Both of her are here. And both of her are why this work cannot be found anywhere else.
What eventually became clear is this:
no amount of mindset work, strategy, or
spiritual reframing could soften what was happening beneath the surface.
Because it wasn’t a thought problem, it was a safety pattern.
My body didn’t know how to receive without staying vigilant, high-functioning, and hyper focused.
Rest felt conditional even after 10x productivity to-do list. Support felt unfamiliar and undeserving.
Ease felt like something that had to be justified.
Once I stopped trying to fix myself and started listening instead, everything changed — gently, steadily, without force.
I learned that these patterns weren’t flaws.
They were intelligent adaptations forging me into this person built from starlight.
And when my system finally felt safe enough to let go of constant effort, life reorganized on its own.
Today I work at Stage 3 of manifestation. Not vision boards. Not positive thinking. Not the Law of Attraction as most people were taught it.
Stage 3 is where the body becomes the instrument. Where the ancestral field is cleared not just understood. Where the quantum field receives a completely different signal because the woman transmitting it has become someone completely different.
Not different from who she truly is.
Different from who she was told to be.
If something in you just exhaled — that is the whale frequency. That is recognition. You are already home.
